Nevermind that Albany Times Useless publisher Hearst is at least as guilty of wasting state (if not also federal) taxpayers' money as President of the Board of Directors of the University at Albany Foundation: http://www.albany.edu/uafoundation/uaf_board_of_directors_list.shtml.
Nevermind that UAlbany, rather than using the SUNY Press or some corporate firm in New York State shops out the printing of State University of New York at Albany diplomas to the Michael Sutter Company http://www.michaelsutter.com of Heber City, Utah (SUNY-Heber City, Utah?). Nevermind that UAlbany is sending money out of state (and the City of Albany appears to do the same with an out of state firm managing the obstruction of FOIL requests when someone in Albany could obstruct FOIL requests even more efficiently without sending money out of state, etc.) when on the ballot this week is an item where New Yorkers are being advised to vote for something because they're losing money to other states.
Also, why is UAlbany permitted to lobby state government at all? State agencies ordinarily can't legally do that, can they?

New Yorkers, we really need you to vote to lose your money to casinos in New York rather than to lose your money to casinos in other states! We need that "poor tax" money because the treasonous, filthy rich won't let their taxes be raised and because they don't pay their taxes anyway but find ways not to pay them!
