Where does the Albany Times Union mention their publisher George Randolph Hearst III is the President of the Board of Directors of the University at Albany Foundation, the foundation for a university that is a serial offender of the Clery Act and other laws? Nowhere, naturally. Hearst ought to himself be a registered sex offender - but "his" money will see to it that he never is.
